For the Balms:

1. Clean and dry the area where you are experiencing pain.
2. Apply just a 10p size amount of the balm to the area.
3. Massage into the skin.
4. Wash hands thoroughly after applying.
5. Wait at least 3 minutes before reapplying if the pain has not subsided.

For the Inhalers:

1. Bring the inhaler up to one nostril
2. Then bring it over to the other nostril and inhale again
3. Wait at least 3 minutes before using again if the effect is not strong enough.
4. Never inhale more than twice per nostril without waiting a few minutes as the fragrance can overwhelm the body.

For the Bath Salts:

Scoop as much of the bath salts as you’d like into a full, warm bath and allow it to dissolve before getting in. The small packs are made for one complete bath amount.

Soak in the salted water for at least 20 minutes before rinsing off to maximum benefits of drawing out aches and pains from muscles.
