How to use instruction:

Read the insert that comes with the product carefully for instructions. For best results follow the following instruction properly:

• Clean and dry the area where you are experiencing pain.
• Apply just a 10p size amount of the balm to the affected areas.
• Massage into the skin.
• Wash hands thoroughly after applying.
• Wait at least 3 minutes before reapplying if the pain has not subsided.

• Patch testing is strongly advised. Application of a small amount from a Mini Kit, in the crease of your elbows or backs of knees would be best. Leave this in place for up to 48hrs. If any irritation, redness, breathlessness or red raised spots show, stop using the product immediately and seek urgent medical treatment at your local hospital as this can be a serious allergic reaction.
