How To Use
- Clean and dry the area where you are experiencing pain.
- Apply just a 10p size amount of the balm to the area.
- Massage into the skin.
- Wash hands thoroughly after applying.
- Wait at least 3 minutes before reapplying if the pain has not subsided.
Please make sure you read the insert that comes with the pain balm carefully for full storage and use instructions. It is important to note that pain balm is not a cure for any underlying medical condition that may be causing the pain.

If any irritation, redness, breathlessness or red raised spots show, stop using the product immediately and seek urgent medical treatment at your local hospital as this can be a serious allergic reaction.
