  1. Clean and dry the area where you are experiencing pain.
  2. Apply just a 10p size amount of the balm to the area.
  3. Massage into the skin.
  4. Wash hands thoroughly after applying.
  5. Wait at least 3 minutes before reapplying if the pain has not subsided.

  • It is always best to check with your medical practitioner if the use of essential oils would be suitable, especially if you have other underlying medical conditions. Please get in touch for a consultation, we are professionally trained to handle all information with the strictest of confidence, in accordance with the latest data protection regulations.
  • Patch testing is strongly advised. Application of a small amount from a Mini Kit, in the crease of your elbows or backs of knees would be best. Leave this in place for up to 48hrs. If any irritation, redness, breathlessness or red raised spots show, stop using the product immediately and seek urgent medical treatment at your local hospital as this can be a serious allergic reaction.
